1400	Dress for trip to Fed. Bldg: (coat/tie - business suit) Arrive at 2  pm.  Offices of Senator Clinton on 14th floor. People can participate by just bringing a personal letter and dropping it off at the Senator's office.  You can also bring your own petition to carry outside the building.  Provide moral support for parents willing to write "I LOVE YOU" to their kids in chalk on the ground.
