34 Franklin St. Mr. Craig Schlanger, Esq. Dear Mr. Slanger, I still have not received a copy of Judge's Mordue order regarding my appeal. Today I was speaking to Mr. Southwick from the US Attorney's office regarding other pending matters and he told me Judge Mordue's order was dated August 8th. As we had discussed briefly on the phone last week it is my intent to appeal the decision and I would like you to please notice the appeal. I am concerned over the delayed notification on this. I only learned that a decision had been made by Judge Mordue by receiving other correspondence from the US Attorney's office last week. If I assume there was a 30 day appeal deadline - there may not be much time left. A copy of this letter is also being sent to Judge Mordue.
