It seems clear one of the most rapid means of "fixing" the
system will be through Federal Civil Right's Legislation
affecting ALL states. Our immediate goal is to create such
a bill and find a member of Congress who will introduce it
as legislation. Check our legislative page for activity:

5. Keep Trying!

It is easy to get tired of the struggle. If we can
"focus" it may be possible to get a bill introduced before
the end of the year. That is the first step. We will then
have a "rallying point" as we work for passage.
Our group has one clear GOAL, as spelled out on our
web site (http://www.kids-right.org/approach.htm). Let's
keep "all the wood behind one arrow."
