Yesterday's message talked about Alex Haas and Jack Frost meeting local Senate staffers. Both were asked to share their thoughts, but got only a reply from Jack and used it. We were surprised later in the day.
Alex sent in his thoughts: "Both staffers were very respectful and I'm impressed by the time that they gave us without an appointment..."
Jack had summarized as: "Upon reflection the whole experience reeked of disdain and I feel we were being treated as unworthy."

WHAT'S THE POINT? Our individual experiences & backgrounds influence how we 'see'. I was amazed myself. I know them both and respect their views. A fatal flaw in Family Law is letting a single Judge make the final decision.
Imagine the meeting completely recorded on video and presented as your evidence of 'alienation' in Family Court. Judge Alex would have thrown you out! Judge Jack would have agreed with you!
SIMPLE SOLUTION. You are both presumed Fit & Equal Parents, unless, you are convicted in criminal court of being a real threat to your children. With the protection of a unanimous verdict from a 12 person jury -- who all need to see it the same way! Our basis for a Family Rights Act.
