Just a quick update on what happened on Friday, Sep 14th, at the Syracuse Fed. Bldg. John was approached almost immediately by a Home land Security officer as he was on Sep 7th (full details at our website). He was told that if he did not stop his activity, he would be arrested and charged with violating the same order.
John tried to explain he was involved in simple free speech activity. Holding a small placard, but  walking quietly, staying out of the way, and not approaching anyone unless they spoke to him first.
He was handcuffed and given a ticket (photo right), but when released he did not leave, but continued similar activity for about 20 minutes. No further action was taken by security.
There is no more public action planned, but now prosecution is pending for the four arrests. On the 19th John is scheduled for an initial appearance in front of a Federal Magistrate Judge. The location is the Syracuse Federal Building at 9:30 AM and anyone can attend. John plans to plea not guilty and ask for a trial.
